Shipping policy
Order Processing
Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During peak periods or high demand, processing may take up to 3 business days. After processing, your items are carefully packaged and sent for shipping.
Shipping Regions & Methods
We currently ship to the United States only. All orders are shipped via standard shipping, and shipping rates are determined by the delivery location.
Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days after processing. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local courier services.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have any questions about your shipment, contact us at contact@nolimitmusic.com.
Missed or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or delivery is missed, reach out to our support team at contact@nolimitmusic.com. We’ll assist in investigating the issue and provide guidance on next steps.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return a product, submit a request to contact@nolimitmusic.com within 30 days of receiving your order. A representative will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and include an image of the product. Certain limited-edition or one-time-only items may be non-returnable, which will be clearly noted on the product page.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within two business days of receiving the returned merchandise in its original condition.
A restocking fee may apply for certain returns.
