What is “No Limit Music”?

No Limit Music is the Ecommerce home of Silkk the Shocker as well as the legendary No Limit Records. No Limit Music carries the amazing legacy of No Limit Records into an exclusive collection of tee shirts, hoodies, hats, and many products to come.

Will new products be introduced under the No Limit and Silkk the Shocker names?

Yes, No Limit lives on and new products will be introduced on a regular basis! Sign up at contact@nolimitmusic.com to be informed about new products, new music, live events, and other exciting developments in the world of No Limit.

What if a product or product size is “Out of Stock”?

We try to maintain full product availability at all times; however,should an item or size be out-of-stock, rest assured we willreplenished it quickly. Feel free to message us at contact@nolimitmusic.com to alert us of any challenges you have ordering product or lack of product availability.

Do you deliver outside of the United States?

Currently we support U.S. sales and delivery only. Please contact us at contact@nolimitmusic.com if you are located elsewhere, as we are actively evaluating new territories and channels to spread the No Limit message!

What payment methods are accepted for No Limit merchandise?

We except a wide assortment of payment options including Shop Pay and major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. We also accept payment through digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Can I track my purchase?

Yes, you will be able to track your order since a tracking number and carrier information will be added to your order. Customers can track their orders in several ways:

Through the order status page on the No Limit Music store page (you will receive an email with a link after fulfillment),
Via the Shop app, which automatically tracks any order with a valid tracking number from Shopify stores, Directly through the carrier's website using the tracking number provided with your order.


Please double-check that you have correctly entered your email address and other contact details to receive updates on your order.

Can I track How long will it take to receive my order?

Total delivery time will depend on your location. We ship from various locations which could impact in-transit time. We endeavor to process your order within one business day. Typical shipping times range from two days to one week.

What is a Pre-Order and when will I receive them?

Pre-Order products have not been released for immediate order fulfillment and shipping, but can be ordered for an upcoming delivery date. The product page for a Pre-Order item will estimate its availability date. If you purchase a Pre-Order item, you will be notified by email once the item is available and your order is in process for delivery. Please note that some exclusive No Limit products may only be offered as Pre-Order items with limited quantities. What is your return policy?

We have a thirty (30) day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the time you receive your product to request a return. Please see our “Return Policy” page for more details.
