Returns & Refund Policy
At No Limit Music, we want you to love your merch! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, here’s how our return and refund process works.
Return Eligibility
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and include an image of the item.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Certain limited-edition or one-time-only products may be non-returnable, which will be clearly noted on the product page.
How to Return an Item
- Submit a return request to contact@nolimitmusic.com within 30 days of delivery.
- A customer support representative will provide instructions and a return shipping label.
- Ship the item back to us following the instructions provided.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned merchandise in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within two business days.
- A restocking fee may apply for certain returns.
Exchanges
- Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please place a new order after returning your original item.
